Earn your mushing badge with All American Husky Rescue

Winter:

For those of you who live locally, we give sled rides on a two mile trail where we train at Beach Lake in Chugiak.

Bring your visiting friends and relatives out to Beach Lake for an authentic dog sled ride experience in the big wild life of Alaska!

Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Brownies and Girl Scouts can earn their mushing badge with us too! No group is too small!

Summer:

See how we train the dogs before there is snow.

Run along side of the Knick river, as you take the team of Huskies on a 2 mile trail.

You will do all the driving and commands, with a musher assisting you all the way!!!

Bring your camera because you never know what you might see.

If you would like a sled ride, or need more information, please contact me and we can work out a time and date.

Since I am retired now, my hours are very flexible!

Hi Greg,

I have meant to send you a note about our experience with you in the spring but life got crazy. It has a way of doing that sometimes.

Anyhow, we truly appreciate the time you took to take out our family on a dog ATV ride.

It was neat for all of us to enjoy the beauty of the area where you live, the overall experience and be able to contribute to such a great cause.

Thank you for your patience with us and the great work you are doing with the dogs.
